Welcome to Six Sentence Sunday!

I’ve skipped ahead to a scene between Meri and Kobol. Kobol is a colorful member of Azimuth’s cabal who is a prime fighter with some unique skills. Enjoy!

“What are you trying to do, kill me?” Meri screeched in frustration at Kobol.

He reappeared out of thin air. “I’m not the only daemon who can do this. Besides, you’ll heal faster than you realize,” Kobol replied.

“Somehow when you said we’d be training in hand to hand combat I thought I’d be able to see my opponent!” she replied, rubbing her wrists gingerly.

“These are the same moves, but now you have to anticipate them by my energy signature.”
